10.0It was the best choice that we choose this place for our family gathering to celebrate our Christmas Eve. Highly recommended the Felecitas Tagaytay and if we will be given a chance, definitely, we will be back. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Coordination between the person handling online bookings and ground staff could be improved
7.0The caretaker maintained a polite demeanor and apologized for the oversight that had happened.
− We arrived 2-3 hours past our declared check-in time, yet when we arrived, the caretakers did not know that we had booked and paid for our accommodation. We waited until they sorted it out even after I had shown them my booking confirmation. The caretakers said they weren't made aware of the bookings made online. There was also water interruption when we stayed. Moreover, if you're a light sleeper, I suggest bringing earplugs as our villa was beside the main road so you would hear all the traffic.
