− Wasn’t as described. Was described as a single and a double in one bedroom, it was two singles in lounge. Paid for 6 adults, but only had 4 adults and two children, so it was expensive relatively

Fantastic location, great service, and good value for a budget stay with a family.

Great value for a budget stay. As advertised - clean and quiet - no bells and whistles, but everything we wanted for a week long stay for a family of 4 with 2 little kids. Space was clean and a short walk to everything we needed from restaurants and cafes and the beach and shopping. Rooms were comfortable and AC worked great. We didn't use the kitchen much at all - ate out everyday. The Property Manager was extremely timely in all our communication and very helpful for the few questions we had.

− The beds were very firm - just a heads up. No air conditioning in the main area with the TV - just fans (AC in the bedrooms which is what matters). Bathroom is a 4 walls with a toilet, sink and a shower - just be aware. It's clear in the pictures - just with kids - a wet floor after a shower is a bit of a hassle.
