− Дом и мебель старые, двери держатся на честном слове, душ прямо в туалете, после того как примешь душ весь пол в туалете становится мокрым, очень скользко, дочь подскользнулась и чуть не ударилась об унитаз. Вайфая в номере нет от слова совсем. Только на улице кое как ловит, в доме нет. Нас было 2 взрослых и 4 детей, трое из которых старше 8 лет, а значит живут платно. Однако комплект постельного белья на диваны, которые были заявлены как дополнительное спальное место нам не предоставили. Когда я попросила белье, мне пытались внушить, что дети у них живут бесплатно, хотя я бронировала 6 мест и оплатила за 6 мест. Сотрудник отеля стал требовать с меня плату за 2 комплекта белья по 200 бат в сутки, а это 1600 бат за 4 дня. Когда я отказалась платить, он начал вести себя агрессивно, неоднократно назвал меня тупой, а в конце вообще обматерил и забрал белье. В итоге нам пришлось спать на голом диване и укрываться своими полотенцами. Их полотенца кстати, старые и выцветшие. Кухня тоже ужасная, везде грязь. В комнате, рядом с холодильником воняет фекалиями. За четыре дня ни разу не убирали, только приносили воду и туалетную бумагу. Не рекомендую вообще! Читала подобные отзывы ниже, везде хозяин обвиняет жильцов, хотя на самом деле, он не делает то, что говорит, не может влиять на свой персонал, никак не способствует решению проблем.
