Fantastisch verblijf voor een gezin (of groep) met 7 personen.

Prachtig en ruim huis, mooie tuin, vele zitjes in de schaduw en heerlijk zwembad. Alles aanwezig om een fijne vakantie te vieren. Kleine wandeling om bij een rustig strand te komen om te zwemmen/ snorkelen. Fijn contact ook met de host.

− Ligt aan een doorgaande drukke weg.

Het zwembad was heerlijk, lekker groot lekker terras, verschillende zitjes. Lagen spelletjes en ballen. Foto’s kloppen met de werkelijkheid. Alles is er verder wel.

− Binnen gedateerd met wel wat gebreken. Boven de kinderkamer zonder luiken of gordijnen en geen deur. Heet en licht. Horren stuk. Wat ligstoelen bij het zwembad stuk. Ligt niet aan het strand. Moet je wel stukje lopen. Schoonmaakspullen zijn niet compleet/ stuk.

Great value for money with a huge swimming pool

The villa was amazing value for money. We always stay in villas and this one had the biggest pool we have ever had. Large outside area for everyone with well kept gardens...and a basketball hoop! We used Mojito beach bar a few times for breakfast and dinner which is within 20 minutes walking distance.There are several tavernas in Gennadi and the bakery only an 8 minute drive away. Horse riding at the Rocking Horse Ranch only a five minute drive not to mention the amazing Prasonisi beach 20 mins drive away where the aegean meets the Mediterranean. Plenty of watersports in Kiotari 10 mins drive away and Capi di pizza for a takeaway night at the villa. 30 mins drive from Lindos, amazing old town and boat trip. The villa is so private, the kids can enjoy the pool, we can have the music on and relax without bothering anyone. Would definitely stay here again!!

− Okay..so the villa is a bit dated BUT how much time do you spend indoors when you're in Rhodes and the price absolutely reflects this..... We loved our stay and wished we'd booked longer.

Great property. Beautiful terraces all around the house with large swimming pool.

− Like some others mentioned. Toilets flush system should be replaced, another (large) knife or two in the kitchen and AC on top floor, as it was too hot to stay there.

Spacious Villa but needs a bit of maintenance

Spacious villa & pool with good sized bedrooms and outside space. Has everything you need and like that left pool/beach items are kept for other visitors to use. Good aircon in living room and 1st floor bedrooms.

− Villa needs some maintenance. Communication from the host. Had to ask for check in details; no info pack with any medical/dental emergency numbers, shopping or eating suggestions. Wasn't advised of cleaning, pool and gardening services. Big shock when they turned up. We also had a few issues and had to chase for updates after reporting. Eventually the cleaning and pool services fixed the reported issues after we asked them to look. No smoke alarms. Matteress and pillows are not very comfortable. No aircon in the loft/kids room, gets very hot for them.
