Superb location. less than a minute walk to the promenade,beach,shops and restaurants.

− The down stairs of the house is very small. living room in darkness all day with just one sofa. We didn't use that room at all.Kitchen/ diner is light but only a medium size table and 5 chairs (2 of them were broken) for a house that sleeps 8.Problems with electrics the lights kept going out and tripping the fuse box. Gas hob not working. Standard of cleaning very poor. We had to wash the glasses plates etc before using. First floor double bedroom with terrace had a massive sunshade on the floor blocking the way no ceiling lights and the bedside lamp was broken on the floor. When we opened the curtains to a large sunny terrace there was just a drying rack. Photos of this on the website show a large table and chairs and described as a lovely sunny spot to sit and eat and drink Only 2 of the outside lights work. Next morning we went to rental office to report the problems. Got a very unfriendly response. After 15 minutes she reluctantly agreed to send electrian around to fix lights , hob, bring furniture etc. He did manage to repair the faulty electrics but told us not to use hob because too dangerous. Promiseall us in d to be back with terrace furniture. Didn't happen. We asked the agent if we could be moved to a different house in Llfranc. She said would see what she could do and phone within 2 hours. Neer heard from her again.

Great location but in July August would be unbearably hot - would not stay again

Location is great - super Close to beach and supermarket

− Fans didn’t work and we had to ask to be replaced As was hot at night Garden could do with a tidy / lime tree super sharp spines which need pruned and the lighting outside didn’t all work.
