9.0L'appartamento è carino, pulito, di recente ristrutturazione. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Punto di forza il terrazzo esterno vista mare. Comode dotazioni sono la lavatrice e il posto auto
− Nel complesso tutto positivo. Aree di miglioramento: non ci sono zanzariere, l'aria condizionata fatica a rinfrescare, sarebbe gradito qualche comfort di prima accoglienza (una bottiglia di acqua, dotazioni base da bagno, etc).
