Nice apt. Good value but some issues hopefully get addressed
7.0Great apt. Well appointed. Surface clean
− Needs a deep clean. Look at saucy microwave knob as an example. A few dead cockroaches in the kitchen. That wasn't so bad, it was pretty clean overall. The worst part was that it was FREEZING. There were minisplits in every room, but they didn't heat well. My room remained an ice box. I woke up sick with a sore throat. We still had two days of driving ahead of us, I got progressively worse. I'm still getting over this cold a week later. Also my bedroom wasn't well lit, very dark, lights were dim, switches far from bed.
Comfortable house but hard to find.
8.0Quiet street and they allowed dogs. Comfortable furniture and functioning TV. Secure gated neighborhood. Did not use the kitchen so cannot comment on the appliances.
− Difficult to find. Waze kept taking us to dead-end or blocked streets. Water by shower in upstairs bath coming from leaking toilet base. In evening twilight, hard to see little lever that had to be pulled to open the key box. Had to call the owner for instruction.
