8.0The apartment is very, very nice. Beautifully decorated, nice livingroom, the bedrooms on the 3rd floor were also very comfortable. The kitchen on the ground floor was very well equipped with access to a little garden/terrace area. Tucked away in the back from the main pedestrian street. We had some problem with the TV and after a 2nd request for help someone came to try and sort it out but without success. No big deal. One thing we have to mention here which was not mentioned in the description of the apartment - the apartment is on 3 floors and the stairs between floors are very steep ( like some stairs in Dutch buildings) and very narrow. People with mobility difficulties or normal people with heavy suitcases will have problems in the apartment. Kids would also be a potential concern.

3.0Der Garten mit der Terrasse ist nett. Aber das ist schon alles.
− Um in den 1. und 2. Stock zu kommen, muss man sehr (!) steile und enge Treppen hinaufgehen. Das ist nichts für ältere Personen und kleine Kinder. Wir konnten nicht einmal unsere Koffer hinauftragen in die Schlafzimmer (die im 2. Stock sind), weil der Aufgang einfach zu eng ist. Nach einer Beschwerde bei den Vermietern kam die Antwort: die steilen Treppen wären bei der Liste beim Buchen aufgeführt worden. Das stimmt nicht! Deshalb auch die schlechte Bewertung. Auch die Küche hat nicht zum Kochen eingeladen.

10.0Sehr schön renoviertes, kleines Ferienhaus - sehr großzügige Räume, alles modern und komfortabel, großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher, sehr gutes WLAN, modernes Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche. Sehr bequeme Betten. Große Küche. Perfekt, um mehrere Tage zu verbringen- vor allem als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Cornwall! Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar, sehr gute Anbindung. Parkplatz fussläufig in der Nähe, sehr preiswert!
− Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alles sehr schön - wenn überhaupt, kann ma n die schmalen Treppen im Haus erwähnen, was aber kein Problem darstellt
