The location

− Felt to feel a little uncomfortable by the fact the owner turned up 10minutes after we arrived to "check things over" and also the rules and regulations you have to sign for and post to them personally as well as being posted all over the property, and with a security deposit which is not stated when you pay booking.com as a seperate amount of money to pay to them direct on top of the extra we paid for the dog to stay, It kind of made me and my hubby feel a bit uneasy and on edge the whole time we were there. Shame really cos the cottage is in a great central location for everything beadnell has to offer ,weve stayed in numerous propertys on longstone close and this cottage was comfy and warm just a shame about the caveats

The location is perfect close to the village centre and beach. The garden is really well looked after and is lovely to sit in.

Compact cottage with a lovely garden.

Lovely garden and a super outlook over the fields with the horses - very relaxing. It actually makes the house as it’s so welcoming and well managed. We enjoyed sitting out and it was a lovely sun trap in the lovely weather we enjoyed. The cottage is well situated and was clean and tidy, with biscuits and milk to welcome us.

− Needs a refresh in certain areas and we found it rather cramped for 3 adults. Could do with new sofas as these were difficult to get out of!

Lovely home from home cottage. Great location about 10mins walk to beach, pub and eateries. The garden is a lovely aspect to this property. It was nice to sit out after a long day walking. There is a field and horses to the rear which is quite pleasant. The cottage has everything you’d need for a self catering break. Spotlessly clean and tidy. A welcome pint of milk and cookies upon arrival was a nice touch. The host is very nice and communicated throughout the booking. I would highly recommend and book again.
