10.0Alle uitrustingen in het huis was top. Slaapkamers waren heel netjes opgemaakt, badkamers mooi proper. Ideaal huisje voor als je met vrienden weggaat. De keuken had genoeg voorzieningen om het een en 't ander te koken.

8.0zeer voorzien huis, vanalles aanwezig in de keuken en voor de kinderen. mooie tuin met eettafel en speelgerief, grote BBQ aanwezig. kamerjassen, slippers, handdoeken, kinderstoel en bedje. om de hoek van winkels. parking niet in de straat maar wel dichtbij. moderne badkamers.
− oud herenhuis dus houdt rekening met krakende vloeren en mindere geluidsisolatie. er is dus 1 plaats voor auto in ondergrondse garage tegenover huis, andere auto's dienen iets verder te parkeren, je kon wel uitladen vlak voor de deur.

9.0Charming property, spacious, very well equipped, clean and well presented. Host was very helpful and easy to contact, met us at property to show us around. Underground parking across the road for one car. Zottegem is a typical market town with supermarket, bars, bakeries all just a few minutes walk. As long as you don’t mind driving or using the local train, well located to visit Ghent, Brussels, Ypres or Bruge. Late check out was much appreciated. We would stay here again.
− Not really a criticism as this is part of the property and location, but main bedroom with cot faces onto the road which can be noisy with street traffic and probably needs better blackout blinds as light streams through in the morning. (Other rooms seemed to have better noise insulation or blinds). It was not an issue for us but if you are someone, or have a baby, who needs quiet and dark to sleep then this may be a little problematic.
