− It was very dirty and lacking in basic facilities. There were electric sockets hanging out of the walls. No aircon in living areas I would actively advise NOT to book this property.

− shower water pressure was poor and it seemed small bits of plaster was falling from the ceiling which could be expected from a colonial home, just unexpected.

9.0It was a great colonial style big house. The location is right in the center. The beds were great with comfortable pillowas and good mattress. Nice quality bedlinen too. All you need for cooking and serving food was at the kitchen. Coffee machine as well Small own backyard was great to play with kids. The house has many windows (all facing to the backyard) and it feels light there. When you open it you get a nice breeze. But even at night you keep it open and it feels safe. You can open the entrance door with the code locker. So when the owner share it you can enter without key. Keys were inside. You can use it optional and for extra lock. Friendly and helpful owner. Quickly respond on my messages if I had a question.
− The only small detail that we had a challenge with was to make a right temperature of water in the shower. It is a gas system and it takes couple of minutes before hot water starts. Mix it with cold and it becomes all cold. Controller is outside in the backyard. No hot water to do dishes in the kitchen. Even if it feels absolutely safe it Campeche it will be still nice to have a safe locker for all the passports, travel documents, cash etc.
