6.0La casa está muy bien en general. Por la noche es muy silenciosa y se duerme sin ruidos
− No estaba disponible la piscina y estaba en la descripción, creo que es muy importante porque elegimos esta casa entre otras por esto entre otras cosas El. Vecino estaba de obras, de esto no tiene culpa nadie pero el que va de vacaciones mucho menos. Aunque todo estaba bastante limpio, la barbacoa estaba muy sucia, empezamos a limpiarla pero desistimos.

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend
1.0− We had a very disappointing experience with this property. When we asked to extend our stay by just one night, the owner unexpectedly added an extra €25 to the rate, without justification. After we checked out, she accused us—without any proof—of leaving trash outside the building. In reality, we had disposed of our garbage properly, over 2 kilometers away from the residence. Considering that this residence includes over 50 holiday rentals, it’s unacceptable that she chose to blame us without verifying the facts. We also left the apartment very clean, yet she made a scene over a single cigar left on the terrace. This level of scrutiny and lack of professionalism made us feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to this behavior, we cannot recommend this property.

10.0We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. We are very grateful to Ana for offering her beautiful home immersed in nature, very near to the beach and Lisbon. We had the best of all worlds. She provided us with everything we needed and received us very warmly. The kitchen is very well supplied and the house is cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the living conditions were excellent. The location is extraordinary with beautiful views and soothing walks through a very peaceful area surrounded by pine trees and a pond. The beach is nearby (10 mins) and Lisbon is half an hour away. The is a supermarket nearby and at walking distance right next door there is a gourmet shop, and a fish vendor with very good quality produce. So we combined relaxing days at home and just walking in nature with more intense cultural days in Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra.
