− De toegangsweg (pista) is slecht en te smal.
Improbable volver a repetir.

− Incomodidad con las camas, difícil de la conexión de wifi Y sobre todo el acceso a la vivienda. Un camino estrecho,en mal estado, y con muchos matojos por los lados.

6.0Unterkunft in perfekter und ruhiger Lage. Ideal, um El Hierro zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden.
− Im Vergleich zum Sommer 2023 war das Haus nicht ordentlich vorbereitet. Die Liegen auf der Terrasse waren bereits bei unserer Ankunft dreckig und verstaubt. Im Müll lagen noch Eierkartons und im Badezimmer hätten die Fliesen besser gereinigt sein können. Zudem waren auf dem Schränkchen neben dem Sofa Spuren von vermutlich Termiten zu finden. Es gab keine Ersatzmüllbeutel oder zusätzliches Toilettenpapier, außerdem fehlten Sonnenschirm und Ventilator. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, denn das Objekt wird über Home2book von Teneriffa aus „betreut“. Die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen war enttäuschend. Man wird über den Booking.com Chat nach Check-In-Zeit, Personalien für die Registrierung und die Check-Out Zeit gefragt, jedoch erfolgte keine Rückantwort auf Kundenanfragen zur Unterkunft. Insgesamt haben wir drei Mal den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nie eine Rückantwort erhalten. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes wurden wir über WhatsApp kontaktiert und man wusste angeblich nichts von unseren Kundenanfragen, die man dann doch fand und diese mit einem schlichten „Sorry“ abtat.

10.0La comodidad y tranquilidad. La casa está bien equipada, las camas son cómodas; está bien ubicada y con unas vistas increíbles. Tuvimos un pequeño percance con la ducha que nos solucionaron rápidamente.
