− L'appartamento non era dotato di acqua calda e la proprietaria ne era a conoscenza dopo svariati avvertimenti.

1.0STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! We booked the IL BOSCO for 6 nights during April. when we arrived we recieved a totaly different appartment - old, stink with cigarretes smell., one bedroom and not 2 with a very old bed, you can feel every little move of your partner. we had sleepless night and left first thing the next morning. the owner promissed to refund the rest of the nights but disapeared when we tried to communicate. do your self a favour, dont fall for the pictures. the reality is totaly different.

10.0Siamo stati ospiti di Emanuela, la proprietaria di casa, per 3 giorni e 2 notti. La casa è molto carina, pulita, ordinata, accogliente, arredata con gusto, con tutto il necessario, compresa culletta e seggiolone per la nostra bimba di 14 mesi. Emanuela è stata molto gentile e disponibile; ci ha suggerito i luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare a pranzo e a cena (la colazione ci è stata fornita da Emanuela, era compresa nel prezzo). Abbiamo seguito i suoi consigli e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Subiaco è molto carina, con tanti luoghi da vedere; e poi c' è monte Livata! Vale la pena salire con l' auto fin lassù, godere della natura, del fresco e preparare un bel barbecue nelle aree attrezzate. In 3 giorni, si riesce a vedere tutto.
