It’s okay for a short stay

− One bedroom on the 1st floor didn't have a working heating system (outside degrees ranged from plus 5 to minus 10 degrees celsius). "Flat screen TV" had 3 channels in total which were all in Latvian language. WiFi was exceptionally bad (21 Mbps) and most of the times devices couldn't connect to it. Using sauna (and the mini pool) requires additional charge (not described in the description). Water pressure was so low that both bathrooms couldn't be used simultaneously (for showering). Instead of said 3 toilets there were only 2 Didn’t have any essentials in the kitchen- no oil, sugar, salt etc and any basic necessary items
Clean, comfortable and in good location but be aware
7.0The owner was amiable and the holiday let was comfortable and clean but the main feature that encouraged us to book this property was the swimming pool.
− We encountered some initial confusion about this holiday rental not least the fact that the pictures and the listing details failed to make prospective guests aware that the owner lives in half of the house. The holiday rental part has six double bedrooms sleeping 12 people but there is not nearly enough living space for this number of people or any play areas for children. Also future guests should be very aware that swimming pool and sauna are not freely accessible but are strictly monitored by owner and come at a considerable extra cost.
