Im Haus alles 👍 sauber, schön hergerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet, TOP ! 1 Bad hat an der Duschkabine einen Wasserschaden jedoch für uns nicht von Belang. Daher Haus sehr empfehlenswert 🤩

− Draußen konnten Bank und Tisch direkt vor dem Haus nicht (zum Frühstücken) genutzt werden, an den Bänken zieht man sich leider Holzsplitter zu. Müsste ausgetauscht oder besser noch einfach abgeschliffen und lackiert werden. Es gab leider auch keine Auflagen für die sonstigen Gartenstühle und Liegen ( diese waren von der Anzahl her zur Genüge vorhanden 👍).

Dad Haus ist wirklich schnuckelig ! Haben zu 11 Weihnachten gefeiert ! Hatten jemand dabei mit Rollstuhl und es ist groß genug. Mit dem Zimmer unten ist es also Barriere frei. Sehr gut ausgestattet auch in der Küche.

− Wlan ist nicht so gut aber uns hat es nicht gestört 😊

An adequate solution for large families/groups, could be a real gem with a few upgrades

I traveled with my expanded family - 8 adults (3 couples) and three small children ages 1.5, 4 and 7. It's not easy to find large houses in the black forest (Germany), so we were glad to find this house with positive recommendations. - It was a bit difficult to make contact with the hosts/management company through the booking.com platform, but once we made direct contact I received good support. - Check in was very easy due to the key box, and the house was very clean. - The rooms were as described, and fit our needs. - The 2 bathrooms (shower only) and the third separate toilet are renovated at a high level of detail, and there was never a shortage of hot water. - The kitchen was well stocked. - The view from the windows is nice and peaceful, of distant mountains and lush surroundings.

− The house can be a real gem, with a few small upgrades - As mentioned by others, the house becomes hot in the summer so the windows have to be kept open. This means that you get quite a lot of flying insects including wasps, and Window screen would have solve this (even temporary ones, offered by many company's on Amazon). - Lighting in the kitchen was very low, and a central ceiling light would be highly beneficial - Garbage and recycling is kept in the garage, and it seemed that there were bags from many weeks before our stay. This caused a strong odor in the garage, but fortunately it did not enter to the house. Much more frequent garbage removal would be a big plus. - The staircase to the 2nd floor is quite steep, so we didn't let the small kids go up or down by themselves. There is a door on the 2nd floor that can be locked, and a small gate at the bottom of the staircase would be a good addition. - Lastly, I rented the house also because its front and backyard, for the use of the small kids. I was quite disappointed to find that the yard was not tended to, and it was bare ground rather than the green seen in the property pictures (see pictures). In addition, there is only very basic table and benches as outdoor furniture. A few children playsets and upgraded furniture would make it a great place to stay in the afternoon and evening.
