− A HIDRA DO BANHEIRO DO ANDAR SUPERIOR ESTÁ COM DEFEITO E, PELO QUE NOTEI, HÁ ALGUM TEMPO. ELA NÃO FECHA. É NECESSÁRIO BOM ESFORÇO PARA PUXAR FECHANDO A ÁGUA PARA EVITAR DESPERDÍCIO. É UMA COISA TÃO SIMPLES E FÁCIL DE CORRIGIR. É IMPORTANTE. EVITA GASTOS PARA O PROPRIETÁRIO. Localização excelente. A proximidade da lagoa e do mar proporciona muita facilidade e bem estar. Casa muito limpa e higienizada. A questão de 2 banheiros é um ótimo diferencial. O anfitrião Thiago, sempre disponível, nos atendeu prontamente, quando solicitado.
