6.0the location was great, the staff where really friendly and the cleaners where great getting the property ready a bit earlier for us. The beds where clean and there was plenty of space. Outside courtyard was a bonus and it was very quiet.
− Having one toilet for a property that sleeps 7 is a bit of a pain. We were just staying one night as we had a birthday party in town so the location and the clean beds were great, had I been staying there as a family wouldn't have been so impressed, ants in the hallway and kitchen so wouldn't have wanted to eat there (which we didn't as out for food/breakfast) sofa was a bit dirty and it could have done with a freshen up.
Would have stayed again but too many thing not great.
5.0Good location and parking. Good shower and loo but for 5 tricky. Good linen fans were appreciated as was very hot. WiFi and tv ok.
− Not very clean. Hairs in shower and floors not great. No washing up bowl. No tea pot. Not enough cutlery and crockery and cooking equipment. Outside space scruffy. Plants all dead. Seating needed cleaning and washing.
