Just did the job. The box for the kitchen stuff was nice touch.

Perfect location and perfect accommodation for our family trip.

This was a really spacious property easily accommodating our whole family. The whole place was cleaned perfectly and we had everything that we needed.

− There was initially a small problem with a heating control but this was resolved to our total satisfaction. There are real people just a phone call away and they are very responsive.

− We had a disappointing experience with this booked apartment. There were several issues that made the stay quite uncomfortable. Firstly, there was a persistent foul smell throughout the apartment. It was clear that the place hadn't been properly maintained as there were various defects and shortcomings. The couch was dirty and uninviting, and the dining table, which was supposed to accommodate 6 people, was unusually small and completely different from what was shown in the photos. To add to the inconvenience, there were only 5 chairs available, and one of them was even broken. After multiple attempts to resolve this, we were given 2 folding chairs which provided some relief. Property managers were easily reachable by telephone. However, we needed to convince them to come bring chairs before the weekend. The kitchen equipment was extremely limited, and shockingly, there was no coffee machine. Even basic utensils like forks were insufficient for the 6-person capacity, despite our repeated requests for additional ones. The condition of the beds was also disappointing. One of the single beds was completely broken, forcing one of us to sleep on the mattress on the floor. The double bed had an uncomfortable mattress with springs that were clearly felt poking through. To alleviate this discomfort, we had to use extra blankets as padding. Furthermore, the floors were dirty, and the laminate was visibly damaged in places. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable at best, as evidenced by a sweater that was left in the middle of the room upon my arrival. During our stay we were messaged via Booking.com that the home owner expressed interest in checking the status of the apartment. We provided him a list of various issues as walking through the apartment. The homeowner assured us that these concerns would be addressed; however, unfortunately, none of the improvements were made during the course of our stay.

Dont ever ever think to stay in this place , it’s waistng your money !!!

− Everything, no curtains, broken beds , no heating, cold water , very dirty kitchen , and rooms and bad smell everywhere, no bins , no toilet rolls , nothing good in this apartment!!!!! and no host will contact with you or answer you , it was the worst apartment i’ve been in my life , and the pictures in booking is fake , its not actually the real apartment, we ‘ve been clocked when we saw the apartment!!! All the pictures in booking are fake!!!!
