Northumbrian lass!
9.0Just the right size for a quiet and tucked away retreat, with good access to North Bay Scarborough. Views from verandah are spectacular. Accommodation was excellent and lovely and clean. Check in and check out very straight forward and good communication from park staff. Like us, our Yorkshire terrier loved it. Excellent value for money.

7.0Lovely location however property selected on booking.com was different to the one allocated. Nice big space with well equipped kitchen.
− Beds were very uncomfortable. Terrace uneven and cracked where hot tub once stood. Chair leg fell through a gap in the decking. Needs new pans and cooking implements.

7.0Location, unit was very nice clean well laid out. Bathroom was very good.
− Expected arrival instructions not received. Other guests on the park told us the gate code and said the key safe would not be locked.. which it wasn't. We just let ourselves in! The mattress was very poor, either needs replacing or a topper adding. It was lumpy and you can feel the springs in the mattress. TV would not load any BBC channels. No wine glasses., no cafetiere despite being kn thd list.. Small frying pan needs throwing away.. scratched to bare metal..it should not be used. No hooks to hang coats anywate.. long cupboard had no rail so couldn't be used as a wardrobe
Overall an enjoyable stay, just needs a bit of attention to make it a more comfortable for everyone.
7.0The location is great- really peaceful and well located to get to nice places along the coast. The staff were really helpful when something was missing, I could just call up and it was with us within about ten minutes. The property was a little dated but (overall) comfortable, very clean, and a lovely place for a weekend away.
− The only thing that would stop us returning at the moment was the mattresses for the twin beds. They were seriously uncomfortable and need replacing. I'd also paid extra on here for the parking option, however when I messaged to ask about this they just said parking was at the property - which it is - so I'm not completely sure what I paid extra for which is a bit annoying.
