Great little private spot
10.0Very private and quiet area with only 4 cottages on the property. Mavis was very friendly and let us know that absolutely anything we needed we could just call her. Cottage had everything we needed for a 3 night stay, and it was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again.
− The cottage can seem dark at certain times of the day. Kitchen area is not bright enough in the cooking area. Water pressure in the shower is very low, making it hard to wash your hair.

An incredible gem in Cavendish, with an amazing, thoughful host.
9.0Mavis was such a welcoming, helpful host, she made us feel right at home. The cottage is very close to beaches and local attractions. Both the stove and fridge allow for easy cooking. The bed is comfortable beyond measure and the shower has great pressure and hot water.

10.0We stayed at Simply Charming Cottages because we were attending the Sommo Festival. We had the privilege of meeting the owner, Mavis, who was just absolutely wonderful. She immediately made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home. The property was surrounded by golden fields, it was quiet, and the entire area was absolutely beautiful. The home like feeling of the loft that we stayed in, made us feel very comfortable during our stay. This property is close to the festival grounds, about a ten minute drive to the red rocky cliffs, and ten minutes to the most beautiful beaches. If you haven’t had the privilege of staying at this property, please do!! It’s an absolute must. It’s only been a couple of days since we left, and we are already wanting to go back. Thank you!
Great place to stay near Cavendish Beach
9.0The host was wonderful and was able to upgrade us to a better accommodation. Close to Cavendish and the beach, we enjoyed our time there.
