9.0Location in the town was great, the property was very clean and would stop at the property without hesitation
A fantastic short break away - we wish we could have stayed longer. Next time! ( :
10.0Everything!
− There was nothing not to like!
Excellent hosts, house in great location
8.0Fabulous location as in quiet street yet walking distance to everything in the town and we were able to park on the street ( this not guaranteed) . The house is a little dated but still comfortable. The hosts Philip and Theresa are so kind and helpful. As we were travelling from distance they let us arrive earlier and provided milk bread butter tea coffee . Also , I had left some clothes behind which the posted to me very promptly. Communication throughout was excellent.
− House rather dated however , it is spacious .

9.0It was a fascinating property to stay in...a complete contrast to our modern home! The beds were very clean and comfortable. We were grateful for the welcome pack of milk, bread, butter etc and good towel supply for the week. The location was ideal for visiting family in Clitheroe.
Charming house full of character and interest. Great location.
8.0The style was charming, the furniture a treat and the paintings were interesting. House warmed up well and was cosy but not at all small. Location was super central. Good communication from hosts. Lots of useful extras-Loved the coffee thank you!
− The kitchen was cold and not so fresh but it did have a radiator and all equipment we wanted. I guess it was just due to the fact it was an old type of single storey construction! The house was cleaned but not spotless. Be warned the stairs are steep and there’s a step down and up between one of the bedrooms and the bathroom.
