9.0The host was very helpful accommodating and communicative. Met us, showed us everything on the property eg spa, BBQ, kayaks, stayed in touch through messaging with suggestions and for questions we had. Our car battery died in the heat at check out and we were accommodated to check out late. The house is very spacious and there are great amenities in the recreation room and spa. We enjoyed the new BBQ, chairs around a campfire + firewood, and shed full of kids toys
− No private beach, 35-40 minutes + admission to nearby beaches. Downstairs could be cleaned a bit better.
Beautiful natural surroundings, and a perfect setting for both relaxation and group getaways.

Disappointing if you want to swim, but the interior of the house is large and clean.
7.0The inside of the home was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are large. Towels were plentiful.
− You can tell that this property was once loved. The flower beds, garden and air conditioner are overgrown with weeds. Both decks are peeling and in need of refinishing. There is no beach. There is a rocky area where you can launch a boat, but the footing in precarious and it is weedy. The water pressure was variable as it is on well water. Once the water softener was bypassed, the pressure improved.
