Nice walk in the peaks, superb private accommodation, amazing local pub!
10.0A fab little cottage perfect for a cheeky weekend in the Peak District. Tickled trout pub within easy staggering distance. All facilities we needed, immaculate when we arrived, plenty of parking and a walk through the ponds……. Schhhh… don’t disturb the fishermen! Breakfast in the cafe mediocre but passable if you keep your expectations under the limbo bar!

− Too hot to take dog or us out and about. Need to go back and experience more. Nothing to fault about accomodation or location. Amazing
Cosy cottage
8.0The cottage was cosy and comfortable with good facilities. Bus stop very near with regular buses to Chesterfield and Dronfield, so I didn't need to use my car during my stay. Lovely walks around the private estate and fishing lakes.
− Lovely big bath and rain shower but no removable shower head for washing hair etc. The hot water could vary in temp as you used it.

Please note that only one large dog or 2 small dogs are allowed in the one and two-bedroom houses, and up to 2 dogs are allowed in the three-bedroom house. An extra one-off fee of GBP 20 applies for one dog, £25 for 2 dogs.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture, If dogs go on beds or furniture a cleaning bill of £100 will apply.
Please note that construction work is taking place nearby at the barn from Monday to Friday between 19th March to 30th November and some cottages may be affected by noise.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
