Not worth the same as a hotel stay in the area, such a shame.
3.0It was a good size with plenty of room and the location was convenient to our friends that we were visiting.
− The level of cleanliness was not good. Whilst surfaces like windows sills and tables, and kitchen work tops had been cleaned, it needed a deep clean around the kitchen cabinets walls and blind. The inside of the bin in the kitchen wasn’t pleasant. Also all the walls were badly marked with scuffs and leak marks. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the house. Also the small double and main bed was extremely uncomfortable and lead to 3 of us having 2 sleepless nights which is not great with the long journeys we had. The corner of the marble fireplace was broken and sharp and the edge was just left on the fireplace surround. The main bedroom door did not close, which was not ideal. In both bathrooms the was issues with the towel rail, one was hanging off the wall, the other had clearly been taken down but the holes left and not filled in. We tried to put the heating on but it didn’t come on. Really missing some TLC overall.
It was okay but the safety with the kids was a big concern so we had to leave.

It did the job.

− Very tired and in need of repairs and redecorating throughout.
