Espectacular Casa con Jardín "La Casa de Nena"♡

Una casa de ensueño para pasar el tiempo que haga falta para visitar La Laguna y Tenerife.

La casa es espectacular. Lo mejor el Jardín. Para disfrutar de el incluso con el mal tiempo que sufrimos. La casa impecable. Edificio completamente restaurado. Sitio en el garaje para dos coches aunque nosotros no traíamos, a tener en cuenta por otros viajeros. Tenerife es un sitio para alquilar un coche y visitar la isla. La Laguna un sitio ideal para quedarse. Tner un garaje suficientemente grande para meter dos coches para las 8 personas que caben en la casa es un lujo. La cocina perfectamente ocupada. Un lavadero enorme, Todas las habitaciones son grandes.

− La bañera del cuarto principal resbala demasiado, pero los platos de ducha de los otros dos baños son perfectos. No hubiera estado mal que hubiese algo de del de ducha y/o champú en los baños.

¡Todo! La luz que tiene la casa es espectacular, el patio, las habitaciones, ¡la LIMPIEZA! Nos pareció increíble, parecía que estábamos estrenando la casa. El trato y la atención de Violeta lo agradecimos enormemente. Siempre pendiente de si todo iba bien, nos pareció una estancia de lujo. Todos valoramos el quedarnos en esa casa inmensa como de sueño. La cocina viene completamente equipada, hay tres baños así que no hay lugar a discusiones, el patio tiene mesa, sillas, hamacas y sombrillas... ¡Te puedes perder dentro de ella! Me gustaría resaltar que los dos salones son ideales, y el salón de la TV y el sofá gigantesco es increíble. El sofá es comodisííísimo. La dueña tiene muuuuuuuuuy buen gusto, estña muy bien decorada (si te gusta el estilo vintage, esta es tu casa ideal). Vinieron unos familiares/amigos a visitarme y más que querer hacer turismo preferían disfrutar de la casa. Es algo que nunca olvidaremos. Y además... tiene garaje. Es que más no se le puede pedir. Lo tiene todo (¡hasta un cuarto de la lavadora con plancha y otras cositas más!). Es ideal para quedarse con amigos o familia. Te sentirás como en los Bridgerton en una casa lagunera auténtica.

− La casa no viene, por ejemplo, con algunos detallitos como champú, gel de baño... Pero solo eso. La cocina tiene jabón, esponja, papel de cocina, paños, hay pastillas para el lavabajillas, hay detergente de lavadora (no lo sabíamos y compramos uno), te dejan suficientes toallas para el baño, alfombra, secador, jabón de manos... Es que eso es por poner un único "pero", la verdad. Realmente estás reservando la casa como tal, no un hotel. Aunque sí se siente como que tienes un hotel entero para ti solo. La recomendamos 100%. Merece la pena.

This house has a real WOW factor for a number of reasons… it’s huge! you walk into a beautiful atrium area and all the rooms are spacious, it has 2 lounges, a room you don’t need but is great for your morning exercises! It’s full of beautiful marble and wood and it has a lovely garden. It has a huge garage. It is also in a good location, central so you can walk to the historic area with restaurants, churches, museums and shops. Very close to the municipal market which was a great experience to buy fresh local food. Also well located to explore the north of the island - we were based here for 10 days and did trips out to hike in the national park area, went to Santa Cruz (on the tram), mount Teide, Puerto de la Cruz, St Andres (nice beach) Orotava, El Sauzal, Punta del Hildago all within manageable driving distance.

− Very little not to like! If you're there in the winter months you will be glad of the heaters provided to give a bit of warmth in the evening. It's so big and of course designed to be cool in the hot summers.

Traditional and exquisite canary island home

Location was spot on. Right in the middle of town, yet with plenty of privacy and very quiet. The food market is 5 min walk and there you will find all fresh produce you will need , as well as daily household items. There is also a chemist 2 min walk away. The centre of town is 5 min walk. The patio at the back of the house was amazing , ideal for relaxing with a drink any time of the day. You can tell straight away that the house was once a family home, you can feel that the property has and still is loved by the owners and looked after very well . You will find everything you need in the house, from kitchen appliance to even the finest china for a formal tea. All rooms are spacious and comfortable , with plenty of wardrobe space. Furniture is of high quality and in great condition. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need as well as the utensils. All in great condition. Laundry room is large and spacious with not one but two washing machines. There are 3 TVs in the house, so no arguments about who is in charge of the remote control. The garage is large and connects with the house via an internal door.

− Nothing, it is perfect. Better than it is shown in the photos. The only thing we did not like is having to leave!!!
