10.0Very well presented, excellent host, clean great kitchen facilities had a really lovely break
− Arrival time 4pm and early morning leave time 10am just loose quality time in such a lovely setting. Distance incorrectly given taking longer to our daily destination quoted 8 minutes and it was at least 15minutes

− Not suit for people with mobility issues. Stairs quite steep. But otherwise great property
Perfectly pleasant, Llandysull had little to warrant a visit so it will be the coast next time.
7.0Very quiet , everything clean and tidy. Essentials there - no compliants at all.
− The entrance utility area had a very strong smell of damp - indeed dry rot. With the kitchen door shut this was not a problem except when using the ground floor shower and toilet plus of course coming and going. Not nice at all and really needs sorting. Oddly enough when we arrived the broken step was highlighted but presents a real hazard when entering or leaving via the front door. Other than that nothing of note.
