10.0Fabulous studio apartment all amenities were good quality. Great proximity to the beach. Sunny deck.
Disappointed…wouldn’t book again

− Property too close to main house and really be advertised as being in the back yard of the main dwelling. Air conditioning didn’t work . Bach also not that close to main beach.
Lovely relaxing getaway
10.0Great location, gorgeous little batch. Had more amenities than expected (New BBQ, Air Fry, Sandwich Press, Plug-in hob, and a well equipped kitchen), Super comfy bed, aircon & fan. It was truly a beautiful relaxing stay! Would recommend, and would certainly book again. Walking distance to both the beach and shop. Easy to communicate with the host.
− The only thing I could say is, the batch listing should be updated as we assumed there would be no Airfryer/BBQ because the listing didn't say they had one.

− Well i think the metal shelving at head height between the bed and the bathroom should be removed, it’s a death trap in the middle of the night!
Matapouri was a lovely place to stay
6.0Location close to beach and shop. Neighbours friendly.
− No notification of lock box code not working until we phoned 0800 number. This took 3/4 hr to sort. Light over sink not working Fridge iced up. Cleaned and de-iced. Mosquito repellant was left on drawer and had leaked the oils. Plugged in again. Suggest when sending email of accommodation that location or map would help as I was wandering around the house to find the bach i.e there is no clear path to advise location.
