Disappointing
4.0The house was spacious and comfortable apart from the heating didn't work for 3 days at beginning of our stay (December) and we couldn't access one of the bedrooms as the child proof gate was padlocked and no code was given. We were then given a code the next day but that didn't work either.
− Very busy road which made sleep difficult in 2 of the bedrooms The drinking water tap didn't work during our visit The heating didn't work first 3 days of our holiday. I had to call up the agents numerous times to get it fixed which was frustrating as it was v cold and impacted on our holiday.
