Die Wohnung war groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, wirklich super, alle Achtung. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung,

− Es gibt jedoch eine Reihe von Dingen, die noch in Ordnung gebracht werden sollten (Türen, die quietschen, Türen, die sich nicht schließen lassen; zwei Zimmer im ersten Stock können ohne Klimaanlage nicht genutzt werden – es war viel zu heiß!). Schlimmer noch, finde ich, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht realistisch ist. Meiner Meinung nach habe ich mindestens 50 % zu viel bezahlt…

Vederea de la terasă, poziționarea proprietății în apropiere cu plaja

− - mobilierul moale de la Parter este uzat, murdar, necesită a fi curățat cu chimie - mașina de spălat vase spală prost, am optat pentru a spăla cu mâinile - ușile de la dormitorul din dreapta și baia de jos scîrțîe tare - dușul de jos nu poate fi utilizat normal, nu are draperie și e foarte mic, mereu toată apa e pe podea în baie și cum nu ai șterge rămâne miros - pentru a beneficia de apă caldă mereu este necesar de a deschide panoul electric și a umbla la el, din pct nostru este o obligație mai mult de economie pentru proprietate dar nu este nici comod, nici sigur, în panouri trebuie să umble cu mâinele doar persoanele specializate, nu toți locatarii - în general plaja este foarte murdară, dar asta e datorită turiștilor șo a gestiunii proaste a autorităților locale.

Great location, you feel as on the beach non-stop. Thr house has a lovely furnishing, with everything needed, functional kitchen, AC, comfortable beds. It truly has a summery/holiday vibe. The supermarket is 2 min away. Great Greek taverns are on walking distance from the house. The house has its own parking slot, sheltered from the heat of the day. The host is helpful and amicable.

− There are small problems that become irritating with time: the door at the master bedroom cannot be closed so zero privacy. Therefore, one hears everything that happens downstairs as if it was in the same room. The bathroom door at the master bedroom has similar issues. The fridge was leaking one day. The toilet brush from the other bathroom was broken, so one cannot really use it. Shower becomes an issue (we were four): you have to turn on the boiler ahead of time, turn it off and then be really quick with shower so everyone gets a bit of warm water. In the end, we showered with cold water most of the time. Tap water is undrinkable and unsuitable for cooking as it is de-salinized only partially, this is not problem with the house per se, it is more like a general warning.

The location! The property is on the best location you could be in Pefkohori. Breathtaking view of the sea, beach is so close you basically can return to the property after swimming. All restaurants and markets are withing a couple of minutes of walk. Parking space is in the back and is covered so your car is always in the shade.

− Leaking fridge, since it leaks on the tiles and they get slippery.
