10.0Lovely Lodge, fully equipped. Lots of freedom for children. Loads to see & do. Bike Hire great. Cafe great. Shop & reception Great. Excellent First Aid for my granddaughter when she fell off bike. Even the men collecting the rubbish were so friendly. We got a last minute deal which was excellent value.
− It was an extremely hot week and the lodges get very hot, without plenty of fans ( which we brought with us) it would've been unbearable. One tweak with a kitchen blind and main door blind would've been helpful to keep out the sun as the kitchen became unbearably hot. Small lamp in lounge to use instead of two main bright lights at night would be a nice touch and maybe the drain hole plug in bathroom could be upgraded as very black and yucky looking. But even without these tweaks we loved our Burley lodge and will definitely be back.

9.0Great place in the woods. The cabins have everything you need and love the communal fire for BbQ. Would have loved to stay longer, explore and try some of the activities
− Just 3 minor issues: Hadn’t realised that towels aren’t included (charged at 5GBP each). For some reason the CCTV camera at the gate cannot recognise the number plate on its ANPR. Finally the bed layout didn’t work too well for Mom and toddler

6.0The forest cabin was clean, warm and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, and fun bunks for the kids. Perfect for us x2 adults and x2 kids
− The lounge area needs a lamp for the evening, as it was either main lights and full brightness or tv and lights off.
