10.0Beautiful! Very new & luxurious. Lovely big sitting room & loads of space in the kitchen area. All mod cons but in a very stylish & laid back environment. And Michelle is the perfect host - thank you for taking so much care of us

10.0Very comfortable, clean and a good range of facilities. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Child friendly and lots to do.
Relaxing, welcoming, wholesome stay
10.0My family and I loved our stay at Patty's Barn! We got a last minute deal and stayed in the Oyster Catcher, which was super comfy and had everything we needed. It was also a ground floor cottage and close to the car park, which made it really accessible for my Dad who has Parkinson's. Michelle, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, as were her animals that live on site! We loved the amazing views, wildlife and peacefulness of the site- the view is always changing as the tide goes in and out over the salt marshes throughout the day. We were also able to go to the Land + Sea communal meal, which Michelle and her family also run, and that was definitely a real highlight of our trip. The location is super, very close to the M6, which made it easy to visit a range of places during our stay like Morecambe, Garstang and Windermere.
− Everything was great! Would highly recommend. Only suggestion we had was making the walking route around the site a bit easier to follow with permanent signs/ maps to guide you on the route, so people don't end up in the air field of the parachute centre next door like we did! Oops.
