The BEST experience Ever in my life.
10.0Our stay was to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday, and as I wanted to make the occasion extra special. Before our arrival, I contacted the accommodation team to see if they could help organise a few surprises. They were incredibly helpful and arranged a birthday cake to suit his tastes, a BBQ hamper, and beautiful Australian native flowers. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were. I had booked our stay two months earlier and had almost forgotten to finalise everything, but the team kindly reminded me a few times and made sure all the arrangements were in place, that made me feel they really care about their costumers... When we arrived, I was already touched by the effort they had put in. As I opened the door, I heard soft, sweet music playing from the room and instantly felt emotional... it was such a subtle way to tell us they know the occation and trying to help us feel their thoughts. Thank you, The room was so warm, bright, and welcoming,.. with the most stunning view. Opening the fridge and discovering the delicious birthday cake they had organised for us was such a special moment, and the heartfelt card brought tears to my eyes. Everything exceeded my expectations. The team truly went above and beyond to make this birthday celebration unforgettable. Even writing this review now makes me emotional thinking about how much care and attention they put into every detail. Thank you so much to the entire team. My husband said it was the best birthday he has ever had, and that is a memory we will cherish forever. This would make a lovely true 5-star review and I wish I could put more stars. I'd truly like to highlight the amazing place to stay, and both the staff's service and the emotional impact of the experience. ❤️ Thank you guys, I will never forget.
