− Die Ferienwohnung wies einen ungepflegten Gesamteindruck auf. Folgende Punkte sind zu erwähnen: - 5. Bett war Klappliege; nicht nutzbar für Erwachsene (zu kurz), - Geruch nach Heizöl oder Diesel im untersten Geschoss, - Küche Geschirrausstattung lediglich für 4 Personen, Rest war zusammengesucht, - Küche Kaffeemaschine defekt (Handbrühen erforderlich); Alternative Padmaschine, - Küche Kühlschrank ohne Licht, - Spinnenweben in den oberen Türecken, - Wohnzimmer Gardinenstangen defekt, teils mit Panzertape notdürftig geklebt, - Wohnzimmer Gardine nicht aufgefädelt, - Wohnzimmer Sofa verschmutzt, fleckig, - Flur Eingangsbereich Tapete löst sich von der Decke, - Flur Obergeschoss Deckenleiste hat sich gelöst, - Badezimmer oben: Wannenabfluss undicht, - Keller-Schlafzimmer feucht und muffig, - Grillmöglichkeit nicht vorhanden. Die damals dargestellten Wohnungsbilder passen nicht zum vorgefundenen Zustand.
