This house was in a great location, quite easy to walk to the local IGA and to the beach.

− Unfortunately the water pipes shudder quite loudly. Typically ai wouldn't comment on this due to it being an older house (especially as the water works well) but I have an autistic child who didn't cope well with it.

Location to beach and being able to bring the family dog

− In desperate need of maintenance. Shower has a large crack in the floor and leaks out everywhere. Bathroom has paint peeling from ceiling and walls. Walls have patches everywhere and carpet and furnishings is desperate need of replacing. Oven and fridge have parts falling off around their base. House has a funny smell to it. Yard and gardens need a big tidy up.
