− The shower was not very powerful although i discovered that when I lowered it the water pressure improved.

− A bit tired in the details - a rusty radiator in the bathroom, a blown lightbulb in the bedroom, and a rather dated interior generally

− Cleanliness, oven and hob needed a deep clean or replacing, shower sealants and grouting around tiles needed attention. With a lot of attention paid to details and a bit of care this could be a lovely cottage. No beachfront.
