− The shower was not very powerful although i discovered that when I lowered it the water pressure improved.

− Cleanliness, oven and hob needed a deep clean or replacing, shower sealants and grouting around tiles needed attention. With a lot of attention paid to details and a bit of care this could be a lovely cottage. No beachfront.
