− Utensils were dirty and not usable to cook. Heater was not working downstairs. House could have been maintained well.

Looks good on the outside but not as good inside.
5.0Two TV provided. One downstairs. One upstairs. Three bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Large kitchen with good equipment
− House has black mould problem throughout on ceiling and window frames. The bedrooms had a strong mould odour emitting from the carpet. No dryer machine Ducted cooling system not working. Limited split aircon unit one downstairs and one upstairs in main area. Not all light globes were working.
Bad experience with the key pick up
2.0The property was good, well furnished , clean and situated at a great location.
− Had a horrible experience in locating the keys. Had already informed the staff about our check-in time, which was between 8-9:30 pm. The staff had mentioned that we will receive the key collection information on the day of our arrival. Though I had received a message but there wasn’t anything mentioned about the key pick up process. Our ordeal started upon our arrival, their office was closed and when we tried speaking to their staff on phone there was literally no response from them. Me, my wife and one of my friend must have dialled on their after hours contact no atleast 50 times. We were left outside in a cold night with kids for about 90 minutes atleast, not to mention that we had a toddler and a new born in our family group. At one stage, we really started thinking about going back. Fortunately, after a while one of the staff picked up our voice mails and called my friend back and gave us the instructions to pick up the keys. However, I never received any official apology from them.
