amazing luck to find this available at 7 pm that day...
9.0− shower in bath is impossible to use for a standing shower - and adjusting hot-cold taps to get not scalding / not freezing takes forever. a place of this quality needs a walk-in shower. address should not say 'Bargrennan' which is a long way away across country - just say Newton Stewart

We will be back
10.0Absolutely everything. One of the comfiest beds we've ever slept in. A nice deep bath to have a relaxing soak in. Comfy sofas to chill out and relax on. Everything you need in the kitchen but more than anything else the peace and tranquility is priceless. Anne and her husband are extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We will absolutely be back for more rest and relaxation.

Peaceful stay in beautiful location with fantastic skies day and night.
7.0Great location - remote, peaceful, great skies for astronomy. Hardly any noise from other guests staying at adjacent accommodation. Weather was very good - 6.5 days out of 7 was continuous sun from dawn to dusk. Nice lawn and picnic table for my use and new BBQ installed when I was there.
− Shower over bath did not have a holder so had to use with one hand to hold it at all times - temperature fluctuated considerably as did water pressure. Fire blanket in kitchen - no tab protruding from it so not sure if / how I would get a fire blanket. Microwave was 700 watt - I found this out by turning it round to see details on back (Microwave was ok but details re power, etc. should be easily visible as this impacts on cooking time). No curtain on door - not really a privacy issue but later on in summer evenings would imagine insects would be drawn to light from inside so opening the door could be an issue. No separate bins for recycling.
Enjoyed our stay. Great place for a relaxing break.

9.0the pictures of the milkyway 🌌🌠🛰⛰️ so many constallations satellites shooting stars so peacful cottage was spacious warm everything n more next time al book as didnt know hot tubs were also at otber will be bk definitely beautiful family very pleasant n helpful eveything there u need utility wise
