7.0Ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten, Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und kümmert sich schnell um Lösungen bei Problemen.
− Nicht an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter, kein Wäschetrockner sondern nur ein Wäscheständer, die 6. Person muss auf dem Sofa schlafen, nicht in jedem Zimmer ein Spiegel
Innen top, außen optimierungsbedürftig.
7.0Gute Raumaufteilung, innen sauber und ordentlich.
− Außenbereich wenig gepflegt. Abdeckplane lag einfach im Garten, Gartenstühle schmutzig, viele Spinnenweben im Terrassenbereich.
