9.0Lage des Hauses, Grundstück, Ausstattung des Hauses, insbesondere die Küche , sehr geschmackvolle Möblierung, Großzügigkeit insgesamt, sehr bequeme Betten, hochwertige Handtücher,
− Zum Teil besteht Renovierungsbedarf: abgestoßene Tapetenkanten, Kofferspuren an den Wänden im Treppenhaus, defekter Trockner, defekter Gartentisch, wackeliges Regal im Erdgeschossbad, sehr verschmutzte Fenster und Gartenmöbel bei Anreise,
Ein Highlight
10.0Top eingerichtetes Haus. Vier schöne Schlafzimmer alle mit eigenem Bad, großzügiger Wohn -und Essbereich. In der Küche ist alles da was gebraucht wird, sehr viel Geschirr und Gläser. Leider konnten wir den wunderschönen Außenbereich nicht nutzen, es war zu kalt.
− In einem der oberen Schlafzimmer lief die Dusche nicht richtig ab. Die Badezimmertür zeigt bereits Wasserschäden. Ein weiterer großer Topf wäre schön in der Küche. Aber das ist wirklich schon kritisieren auf ganz hohem Niveau. Das Haus ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, besonders für Helgoland.

− Die Lage im Oberland ist je nach Aktivität und zur Versorgung mit einigen Höhenmetern oder kostenpflichtigem Lift verbunden.
