Warm, comfortable and convenient
8.0Very comfortable and warm. Just right for our needs as a family of 5 adults and 1 baby. Easy access to the town etc.... very comfortable beds and nice bedrooms.
− Kitchen could do with some tlc. No fronts to two drawers was a bit odd and having remnants of previous guest's (?) provisions in the cupboards was alernately quite handy.and slightly strange. A welcome box would also have been nice as, after travelling a long way and getting there quite late,, a small bottle of fresh milk to make tea would have felt very thoughtful...

7.03 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite and a family bathroom.
− House not cleaned from previous guests and it had been left in a disgraceful state. Cleaners sent out so we had to go elsewhere for 3 hours after a long drive to get there. Bedrooms and bathrooms good. Lounge and kitchen tired, some draw fronts off in kitchen. House for 6 but only 2 wine glasses, 2 champagne glasses and an assortment of tumblers. Leak under sink in kitchen, electric shocks from microwave, lights flickering in lounge.
Managed to get out of there and stay somewhere other. This is an awful place to stay. Steer clear
1.0− The entire place was filthy and the sheets seemed like they had been previously slept in.
Overall good but the kitchen needs overhauling.
8.0The location was excellent. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable
− The kitchen was a disgrace. Lots of half used food items left behind, a mouldy bread board. Haphazard kitchen utensils and no pans. The oven extractor fan was covered in dirt. I called the manager regarding a fault on the dryer. They never replied.

− Upper bathroom shower plug and drain full of black gunk Shower base filling up could only take 2 min shower Back garden was full of weeds and bind weed trailing the deck area broken pots decking uneven dangerous Long recliners rotted lay on 1 nearly went through it ripped beneath me Bird poo on outdoor chairs concervatory green with algae Black bins were over flowing when arrived so knowhere to put our rubbish Knowhere to put food as full of owners things
