Good size property needing some quick decorating. Road noise lets it down.

Property size and facililties were good. Park up the road for the kids.

− Main issue was the road noise which was a few feet from the property just behind patio fence. There is no view from the patio due to the 1.8m high fence. No view of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), ok a little bit of the lower slope from the front bedroom even when hanging out of the window as far as I could safely. Can be seen from the garden. Mouldy blown paintwork in the bathroom. The shower will be tricky to enter if you have slight mobility issues due to not having a curved side panel on the bath and the side at the narrow end of the L shaped bath is built out to the wider width of the shower end. Patchy painting living room. Exposed electric meter and cabling. Scrap cars next to the front garden without any divide. No interest from the company and owners when we told them the first evening we couldn't stay the 2nd night due to the noise. The call handler couldn't believe the traffic noise in the background it was so loud. All info on the company portal including WiFi code so take a note of it before you go. Watch out for the unmarked power switch for the hob which was hidden behind a coffee rack. Couldn't access the portal to find out there was a switch! Nice little village but not picturesque.

We loved this property every thing was great. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Lovely property, well equipped kitchen but could do with an extra chair so whole family could enjoy meals at the breakfast bar together. Upstairs beds were extremely comfortable, and lovely large bedrooms, with roomy bathroom, with constant hot water. Good location just outside Caernarfon and 20 mins to Anglesey. Spacious conservatory, with adjoining sun trapped patio, although next to a main road it didn’t cause any issues.

− Advertises as sleeps seven, but bed settee in living room not suitable for adults and children struggled to sleep. Didn’t use living room as bed settee down for our four day stay. Fairly well equipped kitchen, but needs more forks. We did have an issue with the fridge, maintenance responded immediately but unfortunately the issue wasn’t fully resolved during our stay.

Wonderful property, really comfortable, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. What we appreciated most was how incredibly well-stocked it was. The kitchen actually had proper pots, pans, and utensils to cook with, the Wi-Fi was strong, heating was perfect and with a digital controller, and they had sorted out all the extra amenities and little touches that make a place feel welcoming rather than empty. There's loads of parking space in the driveway and off road road parking if required. Evertything was perefect,. You can just tell the hosts put some genuine care and effort into getting it ready for guests instead of just doing the bare minimum. We had a great stay, had absolutely zero complaints, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper, hassle-free place to stay. We will be coming back to stay here in future for sure!
