Excellent location. Effective air conditioning in the rooms and very clean throughout.

− Blocked drains meaning the showers regularly flooded through. Eventually my husband cleared two of the drains so we could shower and there was months and months of accumulated hair/sand/hair clips etc. some bottled water and a bit more toilet roll would have been a welcoming more personal touch. Some decor was tired. We found it hard to operate the cooker.

We recently stayed at this villa and were impressed by several aspects. The location is excellent—convenient yet peaceful—and the villa itself offers generous space both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor area was particularly enjoyable, ideal for relaxing and spending time together.

− Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the villa did not meet expectations, especially given the price we paid. The property was in need of a deep clean: there were layers of dust throughout, dirty cutlery in the drawers, and the fridge was not properly cleaned. There was also cereal on chairs that had been just pushed under the table. We were informed that a mid-stay clean would be provided, but this consisted only of washing some floors—without sweeping beforehand. Three out of the four showers leaked badly with pools of water all over the bathroom. There was insufficient towels provided to deal with these leaks. There were also delays in providing pillowcases for some of the pillows, which added to the sense that attention to detail was lacking. I raised these issues immediately via email and whilst my emails were responded to there was little in the way of meaningful resolution. We hope future guests will find these concerns addressed.

Nice well appointed villa within 10 mins walk of beaches, shops and restaurants.

Pool was excellent. Amenities in the villa were to a good standard.

− Too many cockroaches getting inside. Appreciate they are unavoidable in Majorca but we had to evict three or four over the week.

Nice villa for large families or groups in a great location

The location was excellent. In between two great beaches and close to the shops and restaurants. The property suited our group with plenty of space for us all.

− The pool wasn’t cleaned or treated until our 5th day. It was very cloudy but when the pool man did arrive he was amazing. He got the chemical levels sorted and came twice a day after that. The outside light was broken so we were unable to eat outside after dark. Towels were delivered again on the 5th day, would have been better earlier in the stay.

Great location, fabulous pool and outside area. Balcony for main bedroom was lovely for early morning sun and late night star gazing. Good air con on bedrooms.

− Some of the bathrooms looking a bit tired and two of showers leaked and always resulted in a puddle of water in the bathroom. There was a bad smell from one of the downstairs bathrooms. Possible the drains.
