The facilities were excellent. The view magnificent

− The cleanliness was very poor, thick dust on top of the wardrobe and door frames, cobwebs in bathroom, the floor looked like it had not been cleaned. Dust and dirt particularly under tables, chairs and sofa. The parking was very challenging, very steep slope put a lot of strain on the handbrake, parking really needs levelling, it would be very difficult for someone with mobility issues to use the parking space for No 6 and No 9

− Only gripe is the property being advertised as dog friendly- pets are not allowed on furniture, in the bedroom OR the garden (which I saw no one in all week). Had to take my dog down steep steps with no lighting or handrail in the dark to go to the toilet at night

Accomadation was great, the loction was great and the beach was beautiful :)

Great apartment with amazing views

As the name suggests The View was beautifully situated. We were able to watch the amazing views as they changed with time of day and night. We saw double rainbows which was well worth the showers. The bed was extremely comfortable and bedding luxurious. Kitchen well designed and stocked with everything we needed.

− The shower room is very small and there is little room to put toiletries on- we do have hanging wash bags but there was no room for makeup etc. There was an airer to dry things- towels etc on but little room in the apartment to put it. We saw the photos of the communal gardens but upon arrival there was a sign to say dogs weren’t allowed on it so as we had taken our dog she wasn’t able to join us. Our allocated parking space was on a very steep incline so the car had to be parked at a very steep angle sideways which could be an issue with some people and was quite a tight turning space. The steps down to Carbis bay footpath ( which I know the management company said it wasn’t in their control) were very slippery and difficult to negotiate so I think it would be useful to make this a little clearer in the property details.

Lives up to its name- ‘the View’, beautiful.
