10.0The house is absolutely beautiful!! The host, Anita.. is the most exceptional human on the planet! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Everything you need is there. There's cooking utensils, pots, pans, measuring cups, baking sheets, you name it it's there.Dish washing liquid, spices, just everything.In the bathrooms towels, washcloths, toiletries. In the laundry room if you didn't bring your own there is soap and softeners. The beds are comfortable and beautifully made. It has 2 porches with places to sit and relax. A grill outside, fire pit, horse shoe pit, fenced in backyard. It's just like being at home away from home

Perfect vacation stay in Homosassa
10.0Everything was wonderful at the Blue Nile! My kids and I enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Instructions and communication from Anita were detailed and friendly. Nice binder of local activities, etc. Kitchen/bathrooms/laundry were well-stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to local amenities. Lots of neat wildlife around too. I worked from the front lanai one morning, and the bird songs were incredible! My kids found lizards and a tortoise roaming the yard--very fun. Check-out chores were very reasonable and clearly listed. We would definitely stay here again!

9.0Clean, had plenty of space, amenities like the grill and backyard for kids to play in. It was close to plenty of food and recreation like the Homossasa wildlife park.
