Great place to stay in Eastbourne, lovely airy property and 10 mins from the beach.
9.0Lovely property, ten mins from the beach and about a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of town. Squeaky clean, big airy kitchen, and a great patio area to have breakfast every morning. Great wifi, all amenities minus washing machine and dishwasher, and free on-street parking. Responsive and helpful host.
− A little afraid to sit on the outside lounge chair as it looked like it could fall through. The single bed mattress could do with replacing as it dipped in the middle from use and was a little uncomfortable as a result.

− Beds and bedding, no washing machine, not enough ventilation in living room, no fans, no cafes or restaurants within walking distance.
A comfortable stay.
9.0Certainly felt like home from home. We enjoyed the little conservatory at the rear of the house. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

− Property was in process of external renovation but this will improve it in due course. One bedroom in need of TLC but didn't impact negatively upon us.
