− Da wir mit 9 Personen dort waren wurde das Matratzenlager und ein Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach genutzt. Diese Räume haben keine Stehhöhe.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage im Haus Osttirol verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und haben uns tolle Tips in der Umgebung gegeben. Besonders war der Natur-Kuturlehrweg Debanttal, Natur pur!

Breathtaking view, but not convenient for more then 4-5 people

The house is located high and possess a spacious terrace with the breathtaking view over the valley. A nice skiing area is just few minutes drive (not reachable by feet though). The house seems to be recently renovated, lovely decorated, clean in general. A washing machine availability is very convenient. The host are very pleasant and friendly people, they give a lot of useful advices. We enjoyed a small Christmas present, left on the table!

− I regret, but I have to mention a few unpleasant topics. We had 2 people in our group, who are allergic to pets. It's been many years as I had no asthma reaction in hotels and holiday homes, even where "pets are allowed", but here both of us had an awful allergy and I had to spend 1st night on a balcony. Next day we did a vacuum clean and wet clean ourselves and it went better. Second sad point was sauna: it was not obvious, that sauna is not "in your private bathroom", but on the terrace and the charge applies! There is no good "cold room" to fit even 2 people inside sauna. Probably, intended to use only during summer months. The upper floor with 2 bedrooms has a very low ceiling: adults cannot move there straight, also dangerous for kids to climb the steep stairs. We couldn't also make use of the fire place, because it is located basically in one of the bedrooms - there is no sofa or armchair to sit and enjoy.

The place is realy great and so are the hosts :-) house is very clean, very modern in a perfect condition, fully equipped with kitchen aids but also have washing machine with dryer, towels, iron and basic cosmetics. Terrace is really big and comfortable with amazing view on mountains - perfect place to finish exhausting hiking day. Place is located close to many hiking routs and bikes rental. Great added value to the house are hosts :-) Amazing people, very friendly and helpful. They recomended us many great places to hike and to dine and supported us in local hospital when vaccinaction was needed. A place where I would return for sure.

Very enjoyable holiday with friends

We spent 7 nights at the end of Dec with a group of 6 adults and 3 children. The owners live in the adjacent house and meeting them has been truly a highlight of our stay. They were very tactful, polite and helpful. The house has been recently modernized and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room / sleeping allocation has been a bit challenging for 9 people due to the 2 apartment concept split. The view was amazing and the sauna a treat after a skiing day. Our stay was a memorable experience and we can’t wait to go back soon.
