− The property was advertised as “ air conditioned “ but only one unit in kitchen that didn’t seem effective in cooling living areas and no instructions
Great family holiday
8.0The house had everything we needed. It had enough glasses and plates etc and the location is amazing. The realestate agent was great too when the toilet needed fixing. There is enough living / hang out spaces that it didn't feel full even with 8 people.
− The bottom room is very mouldy and the one aircon did not cool the rooms on very hot days. Most days there were a seabreeze and we could open some windows (others were locked and has no keys)

− It was a hot weekend so better air conditioning and extra air con upstairs would be great. A fan in downstairs bedroom would have been more comfortable. Slliding doors need some maintenance as well
Great Winter Getaway
9.0Really enjoyed the property for our winter holiday, Warming sun coming in, sitting upstairs enjoying the view of the ocean.Amazingly equipped kitchen/home. Its like a great home away from home! Aircon in kitchen was powerful.
− The beds, 3 out of 4 are flimsy and noisy. Had to adjust the support bars. Mattress too hard for our liking, but ok for the week.No aircon in downstairs bedroom, which is brick exposed, probably nice and cool in summer.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
