Walkable location and great yard, some things could be improved.
6.0Location was walkable to beach, restaurants, and shops. The backyard was a great place to hang out with the pool and hot tub! Keypad checkin was very easy. Loved the welcome guide that was emailed before arrival.
− The sink in one of the two bathrooms didn't work well - I wasn't able to brush my teeth or wash my hands in this sink because of the low water pressure and instead had to go to the kitchen. The third bedroom seemed like a closet off of the main bedroom, the light switch was not accessible inside of the room itself. Water and ice were not working on the refrigerator. Many packages were delivered to the house while we were staying there for the hosts.

Exceeded my expectations 😊
10.0The house was clean and had everything we needed. It also had some extras to make our stay a little more fun and take our minds off of what was happening back home as we had to evacuate from Cape Coral due to hurricane Ian. It was spacious enough that we didn't have to be "on top of each other", had a hot tub that we enjoyed although it had a hard time keeping a high temperature for some reason but that didn't ruin the experience, and the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus to keep costs down in eating since we could cook for ourselves instead of pricey restaurants for every meal. If I ever need to evacuate to the east coast again I will be back to enjoy this happy abode
